Several of the code gens are reporting a dependabot error:

Werkzeug debugger vulnerable to remote execution when interacting with attacker controlled domain #121

They all depend on

I took the liberty of updating the setup-python version to get the older Python versions back so the tests can pass, but at some point I've might consider dropping tests for the EOL 3.7 and 3.8 (and adding tests for the newer releases).
